PROCESSING TIME

Most in-stock orders ship withing 1-3 business days.

Personalized and Design Your Own orders may require 5-10 business days to create before shipping.

During holidays, product launches, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

RETURNS & XCHANGES

ELIGIBLE RETURNS

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused and in their original condition.

Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

EXCHANGES

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Because these items are made especially for you, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Personalized Drink Covers

  • Design Your Own orders

  • Custom-created items

  • Final Sale merchandise

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once your order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Top It Off Drinks is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is missing, we recommended contracting the shipping carrier first. If you need additional assistance, we’re happy to help however we can.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

if your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us within 7 days of delivery.
